Medicine Reminder

How to Set a Medicine Reminder

Use the schedule provided by your prescriber or pharmacist as your source. This guide explains the controls in the browser reminder; it does not recommend when or how much medicine to take.

1. Prepare your prescribed schedule

Have the instructions from your healthcare professional available. Confirm the time you intend to enter and ask a pharmacist or prescriber if anything is unclear. Do not use this tool to change prescribed directions.

2. Enter the reminder

Choose Countdown Timer for a relative interval, or Select Date & Time for a specific future local time. You may enter a medicine name to identify the alert. This version supports one active reminder at a time.

Go to the reminder tool

3. Start and check the alert

Select Start Reminder. If you want a browser notification, allow the permission prompt. Keep the page open and check that your device audio is available. The page does not provide recurring schedules or a dose-taking log.

Troubleshoot a missed sound

Check device volume, browser site permissions, and whether the page is still open. Browsers may restrict audio until you interact with the page, and background or closed-browser behavior is not guaranteed. A notification may be disabled by either browser or operating-system settings.

If a dose is missed

This website cannot advise whether to take a missed dose or adjust a schedule. Contact your pharmacist or another qualified healthcare professional for advice specific to the medicine prescribed to you.
